Let me shit

A Collusion of the main toilet paper companys was recently discovered. In year 2000, the multimillionares that control the industry of how we clean our ass chicks decide that they wanted to take advantage of the overriding that toilet paper is to us, and raise together the value of the product. But in 2014 the prosecution decided to work a little and started an investigation for this fact.

Although it's seems completly insane and selfish to take advantage of something so important to the people, this is not the first time that something like this happened in Chile. Years ago the pharmacy industry and the chicken industry did the exactly same thing, taking advantage of the grandparents and the poorest people of the country that are the ones that consume greater amount of chicken, because of the price of it. With all this facts on the table, we must wonder how many other businessman are doing the same thing, playing with our money and trust.

Raw for the best

Assuming the fact that music is an essential thing for the soul, I´m going to talk about the unplugged music. That disconnected way of making sound, that brings all the freshness and cozy feelings that an acoustic guitar and a good voice, accompanying with some drums, makes an special version of single song that we ever heard. Once I heard Zac de la Rocha, frontman of Rage Against The Machine, saying that the best songs come to life in to an acoustic guitar, and that rawness is what an acoustic session brings to the table.

World Wide the most famous acoustic sessions are the one produced by MTV. By the 90´s being invited to make one of those sessions was a sing of recognition. Remered for all is the 1994 Nirvana's Unplugged, where they play less popular songs, inmediatly those songs become the mainstream song by Nirvana. Also they inmmortalyze a raw version of The Man Who Sold The World by David Bowie.

The chilean band Los Tres was the first latin american band that was invited to do an MTV Unppluged. To me, one of the best it's Soda Stereo Unplugged. Musica y confort para volar becomes to be one of the last works by the band, and shows some of the best works by Gustavo Cerati. The version of La Ciudad de la Furia, Accompanied by Andrea Echeverri, is the climax of the presentation.

Here in Chile we have La Vitrola, a proyect that have 5 years old now. There bands and soloist have the space to show some accoustic singles. Gepe, Prehistoricos, Pedro Piedra, Niño Cohete and much more have songs filmed by La Vitrola. My favourite video of La Vitrola is Profundidad de Campo by Dënver. The Sunset falling in to them faces, and the country hugs them while singing one of the singles of them Fuera de Campo Album.
